Who is Employment Encore For?
- Eligibility
- Resident of Medicine Hat or surrounding area
- 45 years of age or older
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Unemployed or underemployed
- Ready, willing, and able to work
Technical Requirements
Basic digital skills are recommended for those wishing to access virtual training, workshops, and services. Participants also have the option to choose in-person services if preferred.

- Stable Internet connection capable of streaming
Who's On Your Team?
Your journey in the Employment Encore program includes having a dedicated Success Team, consisting of a Program Manager and a Job Developer. They will guide, support, and assist you in overcoming any barriers you may encounter on your path to employment.
Program Manager
Your Program Manager works closely with your Job Developer to deliver high-quality services and support. They coordinate workshops, manage the intake process, and work to guide you toward achieving your career goals and successful outcomes.
Job Developer
Your Job Developer will provide you with customized one-on-one support with your employment goals, job search activities as well as follow up with you during your first 12 weeks of employment.
